At Apna Homez, we aim to deliver quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

You must report the issue within 4 days of delivery by emailing us at digitalstorebyss@gmail.com, along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Wellness or consumable items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products marked as non-returnable


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after verification.

  • Prepaid order refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


Important Note

Apna Homez operates on a dropshipping model using third-party suppliers and courier partners. Delivery timelines and return pickups depend on partner policies.
